We endeavour to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and in fact, almost all shipments are discounted to some extent. There is a limit to the freight discounts we can offer, and please read on for further details.
Generally speaking, freight is calculated at a flat rate of $15 or 4.5% for orders over $333, whichever is greater. This freight policy applies to:
All of NSW, VIC, and the ACT.
QLD: south of Carins and East of the line – Cairns – Emerald – Roma – St.George.
TAS: the metro areas surrounding Hobart, Launceston, Devonport and Burnie.
SA: south of the line – Port Lincoln – Port Augusta – Renmark.
WA: Perth metro zone only.
Please note that there may be some small towns within the areas outlined above that we cannot service under this freight policy; for example, a small town somewhere in western NSW. There may even be some areas that are well inside the area listed above that cannot be serviced under this freight policy due to the size of the products purchased; for example, some couriers will not take our Hot Gate to regional areas because the package is too long.
Therefore, if you live in an area outside our map, please contact us for a freight quote. Depending on the combination of products that you purchase, a freight surcharge may or may not apply. We have many repeat customers in Southern WA and the Tasmanian High Country, but we do need to check freight before we make promises we cannot keep.
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm.
How is your order shipped?
We use the following carriers:. Hunter Express, Northline, and Couirier Please, Amarex. We deliver to residential and business addresses and depots. Australia Post cannot be used for any netting products, although it can be used for energiser purchases.

The shipping carrier will supply you with the tracking link. As long as you provide us with an email address and a mobile number.
